Graduate Assistants

 

Jordan Allen is a recent graduate of Ole Miss where he received his Bachelor of Music in Vocal Music Education. He was a member of the Ole Miss Concert Singers, Men’s Glee, and the Ole Miss ACDA Student Chapter. In addition, he is the Director of Music at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Woodland, Ms. Jordan is currently pursuing his Master of Music in Choral Conducting degree at the University of Mississippi.

Lauren Ladner graduated in 2021 from Millsaps College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Music & Creative Writing, with Honors. While at Millsaps, she also received a Vocal Performance Certificate, and led the college’s literary magazine for two years as Editor-in-Chief. Following her graduation from Millsaps, she worked as the Director of Volunteers at a social services nonprofit in Jackson called the Good Samaritan Center. Additionally, she held the position as Worship Arts Intern at Galloway Memorial United Methodist Church in Jackson, MS from 2018-2022, and is now a Choral Scholar at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Oxford. She is currently studying for her Master of Music in Choral Conducting at the University of Mississippi.

Ontarius Woodland is a recent graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he received his Bachelor of Music in Vocal Music Education. He was a member of the Ole Miss Concert Singers, Men’s Glee, and University Chorus. He was also Vice-President of the Ole Miss ACDA Student Chapter. During his time in his undergraduate, he also served as the Director of the University of Mississippi Gospel Choir. He serves as a Scholarship Singer at First Presbyterian Church in Oxford, Ms. Ontarius is currently pursuing his Master of Music in Choral Conducting Degree here at the University of Mississippi.
